Most of these videos are made by Robert Reich. I think his videos are great because they are short and to the point. He served as the Secretary of Labor from 1993 – 1997, so he knows what he is talking about. Big corporations have donated millions every year to political candidates to create/keep laws that are favorable to them. These laws help the rich get richer, while financially harming the everyday Americans.
A union would allow us to collectively bargain for higher wages and better benefits. EFC3 will still be profitable, but more of the profits will be going back to workers instead of executives.
Loyalty is not rewarded.
